IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT KINDLY DROP IN AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT@OCTOLOOM.COM WITH THE ORDER NUMBER AS WELL AS PICTURES OF PROOF ON THE DEFECTS. ONCE CONFIRMED, OUR TEAM WILL SHOOT AN EMAIL BACK TO YOU MENTIONING THAT YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE RECALLED TO THE WAREHOUSE AND WILL SHIP A FRESH PIECE BACK TO YOU.
