What happens after i submit this form?
Once the return request has been submitted, a pickup will be scheduled for your items. Our courier partner will collect your order within 1 to 5 working days. All products must be returned unused and all tags and labels should be attached.
What happens after product is collected from me?
Once collected, it will arrive at our warehouse for a quality check. If all the return conditions are met then we will proceed to next step.
What happens if product quality check is passed?
The order amount will be refunded and will reflect in your account within 10 to 14 business days.
